@NateForUtah If my taxes go up by a penny to cover this ridiculous experiment I will write so many strongly worded letters to my representatives.
Shutdown athletics if the school can’t run them profitably.
@NoahsArk86 @ShaneTuttleNCAA So if your kid had the chance to make enough money that he’d be set for life, you would encourage him to pass it up for the chance to win a trophy?
This is false and you know it. Utah was very harsh on Scalley when he called a student the N word. They even made him wait until Whitt moved on before promoting him to head coach. Don’t speak on things you don’t understand.
@Joshua_Newman You don’t know shit. All u guys do is make up the dumbest stories out of thin air. Also, Utah media haven’t ever asked Whittingham or Scalley a tough question ever. Hilarious you calling out the byu beat like that.

@DraftExpress My cousin works with his mom. She said he only got half the NIL money he was promised and he was also told they’d be in the B10 by 2026. He’s not happy with either situation — look for him to transfer to a school with a winning record.
We haven’t beaten BYU this decade, yet somehow our biggest L came from the AD, legal team, and legendary coach - and not TDS.
Make it make sense.
We paid the dude $13.5M to steal our staff and top players/recruits?! What?
Knowing everything I know, I don’t think Kyle Whittingham is going to win this dispute. I actually highly respect Utah for even giving him that $8 million. Could Utah have handled the split better? Sure. But it goes for both sides. (1/2)
@LavellGrandson@AMarkham_UN@Loogiesdad It sounds like the $4M the LDS church donated to the U’s law school a few years ago wasn’t enough. How does a lawyer not clearly define a key part of the contract?
The attorney and AD should have to pay the $13.5M. It’s crazy that taxpayers will cover their poor decisions.
@TheWildUte Every single Utah fan would instantly trade places with BYU in the two sports that matter. You guys are dookie, and your new coaching staff likely isn’t changing that in the first few seasons.
Get used to the annual beatdowns, they’re not stopping anytime soon.
Utah has stayed near the bottom in football and basketball since joining the BIG12, and just sold its soul to private equity just to still fall short of BYUs war chest, but they still believe that B10 invite is coming.
You have to admire the positivity.
👀 Big update for the Utah Utes…
The Utes and the Big Ten have spoken. (Yes that’s a big deal). Listen below for the most recent update on where the Utes find themselves in Big Ten realignment. WOW!
