@koriatovich @ScotLithVAian @starkrob21 I'm sorry but u have been misinformed. It is impossible 4 the Swamp 2 take COS over. 1. Congress can not participate in a COS, their only duty is ministerial. 2. It takes 38 States to Ratify ANY and ALL Amendments that come out of the Convention.

@barney_hartwell @COSProject Not sure what you mean. 15 States have worked diligently for COS and have passed our Resolution. 28 States were in progress last year with WI having 1 last Senate vote to pass, then covid hit. We need 19 more States. How is your State progressing?
