Can we get an update? Needless to say that my last flights with LH have been absolutely abysmal experiences - delays, cancellations and terrible service. Pretty sure I am not the only one who feels this way.

@lufthansa my flight from Singapore to Frankfurt (LH779) was supposed to depart today. I received an email that the flight got cancelled with the new departure tomorrow at 2:05pm. Checking on the app it looks like it’s departing tomorrow at 10:50pm instead.

@SingaporeAir This is the 3rd day I have been trying to get through to customer service to rebook a flight (waiting for over 2hrs) because it won’t allow me to do it online. I need to change my flight asap - tell me what to do!
