To all moms out here, each time you make a visit to the clinic honestly share how you feel.
Explain clearly how your emotions have been since the clinic.This applies to both clinics ANC and MCC

@VivianGaiko@KendyNjeru@CotdKE A6:
1. Talk and share your feelings.
2. Get some sleep, rest and time for yourself.
3. Be kind to yourself.
4. Take part in an activity that makes you feel better e.g. walking, journaling, listening to music.
5. Join a new moms support group.
6. Seek professional counselling.
Setting aside time for yourself and spending sometime away from the baby doesn't mean you are a bad mum. Don't feel guilty when having your 'you time'. :) What baby needs is a healthy mum.

Asking for help is sometimes hard but it is not a sign of weakness.
Accepting help offered is also good for the recovery process.
