@sainsburys FAO Hamdi. I messaged at the weekend about not being able to log into my Nectar account. You sent me a reply and asked for my details which I sent. But I've not heard anything since. Grateful if you could reply as I cannot access my account. Thank you. Suzanne

@sainsburys Thank you Mark but it doesn't help at all. You have to be able to log in to your Nectar account in order to ask for help, which of course I can't! Can somebody at either Sainsbury's or Nectar please assist as I am going round in circles. TIA

@sainsburys Hi Mark. Thanks for your reply. However I don't understand. I am trying to link my Nectar card to my groceries account so I can spend the points, but I can't log into my Nectar account to do anything. I've changed the password but no joy. I am using a PC. Any advice welcome. TIA
