Congratulations to @midsussexgreen in their victory at the Ardingly & Balcombe by-election. An election dominated by concerns about poor developments planned for the area & the impact on the uniqueness of our Villages & AONB. All parties hear our cries & take note.

Developers are experts at circumnavigating planning policies & NPPF. Development per se is not bad, it’s where the development is & impact it has on AONB
