The driver was arrested for:

Drink Driving after providing a positive test
Driving without Insurance
Fraudulent use of a VRM

Driver then blew over the limit at custody

1x handling stolen goods & going equipped to steal after finding 20+ stolen phones on a susp, most had been taken in snatch offences over the weekend
