Retour en 2024, à Abidjan — une ville bouillante d’énergie et de créativité. C’est là que l’aventure démarre, aux côtés du groupe Lagos in Paris, pour un projet qui allait laisser des traces.

A radiant week to celebrate Lagos in Paris.
After the cinematic ride of Afro G Western, it’s time for Mali Spirit to take center stage — a musical incantation that captures the soul of the project. This flagship track echoes the rhythms and roots of the continent.
We were deeply moved watching Autorité and Nadege bring the choreography to life. The video was filmed in Côte d’Ivoire, a country rightfully known as the land of hospitality, and the energy on set was unforgettable.
Here’s a little anecdote that marked the shoot:
During filming, Côte d’Ivoire was on the brink of elimination in the group stage of the 2024 Africa Cup of Nations (CAN). Against all odds, they rose to become Champions of Africa, right at home in Abidjan. That spirit of resilience and triumph is woven into the very fabric of Mali Spirit.
