☀️ Week one of the school holidays and you're looking for free family activities to do this summer... We've got you!

We're hosting the Big Summer Takeover! We'll be turning the city centre into a lively outdoor destination with each weekend bringing something new.

Some of you will have had an email from [email protected] and a number of you will be receiving a form in the post.

The form takes 5 minutes to fill out. If you fill it out early, we won’t have to send you any reminders and can leave you alone!

Every year, we have to check if the details we hold on the Electoral Register are correct. This is called the Annual Canvass and it started last Friday (17 July).

So we're going to be sending you a form.

@Mattccfc33 10 years ago. 50% of our budget went on social care. Today 80% of our budget goes there. That's why there's less city dressing. We prioritise helping people over bunting.

@Mattccfc33 There's a cost to everything Matt. Money spent on city dressing is not being spent on other services. Chat to your ward cllr though if you think city dressing should be more a focus. They can raise it for you.

So please have your bins out and ready for 6am.
