Today, Haro-Bute Phase 2 water main and street upgrades begin on Bute St (between W Pender St and Haro St) until spring 2022. Drivers can expect block-by-block road closures. Access to businesses and sidewalks will be retained. Watch for detours and parking changes. #VanTraffic
