@grantcohn You win drafting talent yr in and yr out on rookie contracts.. something SF hasn’t been able to do.. instead they over pay and keep too long their marquee players creating a salary imbalance where 5-6 players take up 50% or more of your cap w/mediocre talent around & behind them
@Coach_Yac@Vikings The only missing comparison is contract value.. adding that $$ value and INJURY histories to these stats shows purdy is either vastly over paid and questionable for long term or Mac is the better QB to keep and extend and trade Purdy
@cashmoneydrunk Seattle beat 2 division rivals they know very well.. SF depleted D and horrible QB play, Rams almost beat them with an avg D and offense w/no fear of the Seattle D.. Patriots have top tier O w/no household names, MVP QB, elite defense & ST and a HC and OC who’ve won multiple SB’s
@grantcohn 1st, Purdy exposes his oline with his drop back depth and happy feet scrambling.. 2nd, Mac 2games vs rams and purdy 3 games vs Seattle and compare who they played with and performance.. Mac is clearly the better QB for SF.. only wish Warner did same analysis of Mac rams game
@grantcohn Kurt’s too nice on QB’s.. it’s pretty clear that Brock cannot read defenses as well as he should for that contract.. To me Brock causes most of the issues reading the wrong side, rolling out too quick to one side.. holding onto the ball because he cannot read defenses..
@grantcohn Purdy’s days are numbered.. all that scrambling around versus playing from pocket will catch up either by injury or age.. teams with pocket QB’s go to SB
@ESPNBooger Well considering Seattle has played divisional opponenets who they know very well in great weather and now they face a undefeated on the road team who’s has a great D and a MVP QB w/top 5 offense in reg season who made Darnold see ghosts w/jets.. I’d say pretty good chances
@TheBobStew Said by every person outside NE during every Super Bowl victory we celebrated.. keep counting the Pats out .. the TEAM likes it that way!!!
@sportslarryk Both the Rams and Seattle have QB m’s that plays from pocket and feeds playmakers.. Purdy believes he IS the playmaker running around behind line so do you really need speed at WR or you better off with possession types like Jennings.. Kittle.. CMC..
