R2: It's hard not letting it disrupt your lesson. I try to get to a point where everyone can work independently and I can talk with the student who is being disruptive. #RCSLearn

R1: I think the consistent use of classroom procedures and rules has made the students feel safe. I believe when students feel safe they have fewer behavior incidents and are more willing to share. #RCSLearn

R2. I decided to have a youtube channel for my classroom. The kids asked me if I used their school videos if they would get paid. I said, "What". Apparently you earn money with so many views. #RCSLearn

R2: Also, I am EXCITED about using Nearpod. I created one for my classroom expectations, and they have added a new activity "Time to Climb". I didn't know what it was, but included the activity. It's a game!! The kids loved it. @nearpod #RCSLearn
