@rianmullaley i think theyre really poor defensively (even when everyones fit) and the striker options donโt fill me with much confidence although I do think Sesko could eventually come good. theyโre putting a lot of faith in Baleba coming off a poor season to fix their midfield i donโt see it
Iโve been against the Alvarez signing just purely off the fact hes publicly stated he wants to join Barca but after watching Gyok again in pre season my minds completely flipped please bring him in. Even if heโs begging to leave next summer if it means weโre free of Gyok iโm game
@Bd_irB_ll maybe but itโs still going to drastically improve the level of their team especially with how poor their attacking options are. feels a bit similar to when Arsenal got Jesus and Zinchenko from them the same window, they were โbackupsโ for City but immediately improved Arsenal
@darginhim@oluok1@lfcbobby_@SeanDOlfc comparing Arsenal in 2013-14 with Arsenal today is incredibly disingenuous here the club is in a VERY different position
well happy with this move. think he offers a lot of the ball playing weโll be missing with Saliba and being able to fill in at RB with White and Timberโs fitness issues is a massive plus. just need at least one proper forward now please
๐จ EXCL: Arsenal closing in on deal to sign Ezri Konsa from Aston Villa. 28yo defender high on #AFC target list all summer & work now advancing with #AVFC to finalise after dialogue at ownership level to reduce valuation gap for England intl @TheAthleticFC https://t.co/ObmcU2Uq7T
I remember asking assistant coach Mo Cheeks, whatโs harder to do? Workout after practice or before?? I only asked cuz by time I would get to the gym, Russ was already done in the morning and I usually got mine in after practice. Mo like, โcoming in before practice is probably harderโโฆsince then, itโs been my routineโฆ.a lot of people looked at the emotions on the court and thought Russ was loud, nah to me, he was quiet and methodical. He lead by example and once the lights were bright, he let everything out and experienced pure freedom. It was inspiring as his teammate and everywhere I went, I seen it inspire people from all walks of life, crazy thing is, he didnโt say much, he just showed up. For 18 years. This basketball life is sacred to us as professionals, what we put into that court means everything. Some of us wish we could go back and do things with a little more intent and some can just wipe their hands and be satisfied with the time spent. Who u gonna be? We know what zero was onโฆkeep inspiring in the next phase of life champ. I donโt care what happens, canโt erase what it wasโฆThe first YNs, finals run in our early 20s, all star games, seeing each other get injured and bounce back, the bus rides, plane rides, card games, jokes and arguments, the whole thing, memorable!! โฆto the whole Westbrook family, Nina, the kids, mama Westbrook, big Russ, Ray, Donnell, everybody from luezinger high and ucla and many more that Iโm forgettin, much love and Congratulations on a iconic career.
