'A monarchy guided by great ethics is far better than a reckless democracy with excessive freedom and ruled by greed and folly'

[Vikrant @Vikspeaks1]

Your weakest muscle matters more aesthetically than your strongest muscle:

Huge chest + no delts = narrow

Big arms + no forearms = unfinished

Wide lats + no traps = blocky

Big quads + no calves = top heavy

Everything + thick waist = hidden

This is why blindly adding muscle eventually stops improving your appearance…

Core principle:

Aesthetics are bottlenecked by symmetry.

The fastest way to improve your physique isn’t growing more;

It’s fixing your weak points that make everything else look smaller…

@AshwinKandra One small cue if I can share is , bring elbow close (use hand as hook, fly from elbow) ,on concentric part try to bring both elbow close and straighen your arm , feel like you are using elbow , hands are only for hook

The Indian subcontinent needs to wake up.

If the world stops buying what you produce,
stops importing your talent,
and stops giving you access to cutting-edge technology,

how long can you sustain yourself?

Without strong education, healthcare, science and research, you don’t build a powerful society. You build a dependent one.

Invest in Education.
Invest in Healthcare.
Invest in R&D.
Invest in Innovation.

Because a nation that cannot create its own knowledge, technology and human capital will always remain dependent on those who can.

The future belongs to countries that build, not merely consume.

• Modi halted Agni 6
• Modi scrapped FGFA (India could have inducted 100 5th gen jets by now)
• Modi continued with American engines & Israeli radars that delayed Tejas MK 1A
• Modi inducted overpriced MQ-9 & killed TAPAS & Rustam II.
• Modi delayed Prachand weaponisation

I used to wonder how Indians could side with the British against our freedom fighters.

Then I saw Rahul Gandhi, Abhijeet Dipke, Arvind Kejriwal and their followers.

History suddenly made a little more sense.

[The Analyzer (News Updates🗞️) @Indian_Analyzer]

> Musk targetting Modi.
> Rathee returning to India for protests.
> Pressure building from every direction.

Throwback: August 7, 2025. PM Modi drew the line:
🗣️ “India will NEVER COMPROMISE on the interests of our farmers, livestock keepers and fishermen.
I KNOW I'LL HAVE TO PAY A PRICE."😳

He had already warned he was willing to bear a political price for that position.

And the price came.

> Higher US tariffs hit Indian exports. Trade pressure intensified.

A SOVEREIGN country sometimes pays a price for refusing to sell its core interests cheap.

BRING ON the pressure. India has seen this movie before. 🇮🇳

Regulate reels. If not at least ban their monetization. A lot of issues for India created from outside will end.

An average Indian uses 28 GB data at one of the world's lowest rates. Of that nearly 20 GB is used for useless dance and drama reels.

Freeing that will free a lot of capital for Indian ISPs to provide internet to very remote areas.

And also better internet to serious customers and content makers using it for educational content, work, video conferencing and such.

Squeezing Indian companies to provide cheap data that's only used by India's adversaries without a challenge to program Indians using fake news and perversion is suicide.

BIG BREAKING 🚨 US suspended 8 IT firms Cognizant, Infosys, Tata, Wipro, HCL, Capgemini, Microsoft and Adobe from Permanent Labour Certification Programme.

US VP JD VANCE -

"Stop defrauding American worker. Stop importing an indentured servant to do a job that an American worker would happily do"

"These companies abused the system used to sponsor foreign workers for permanent residency"

"Our message to Microsoft is not that we want to harm your company"

"There has been no company in the United States, unfortunately, that has abused this system more than Microsoft"

- Starlink is banned in China.

- CCP criticised how the Starlink's satellite network was deployed in Ukraine to bypass Russian internet blackouts.

- Starlink was labeled an "American space warfare weapon" by Chinese media after Starlink satellites came very close to colliding with the Chinese Space Station. Musk defended SpaceX by saying that his satellites automatically dodge debris or any other satellites.

But Elon Musk has never publicly criticized China for blocking Starlink in China or criticizing Starlink repeatedly.

The way Musk has criticized India instead of addressing the valid security concerns is totally baffling.

Elon Musk has a massive Tesla Gigafactory in Shanghai. Can we say that Musk is silent on China because of that??

[Lalith @lalitgrateful]

I’m genuinely starting to question the timing here. 👀

- Protests against the Indian govt & EC in India

- Elon Musk openly asking if Ambani is the real boss of India

- Rahul Gandhi publicly backing Musk’s criticism

- The US suspending major Indian IT companies like Tata, Wipro & Infosys from the PERM programme

Maybe these are completely unrelated events.

But the timing is definitely… interesting.

What do you think?

Maturity is when you realise Pakistan and Bangladesh are not Islamic countries

They are Hindu lands that were occupied by muslims by increasing their population
