This morning I read Matthew 27:1-61 – Matthew’s account of Good Friday starting with the priests taking Jesus to Pilate and concluding with Mary Magdalene and “the other Mary” sitting at the tomb. In Matthew 27, you see what everyone truly worshipped.

Am I concerned about the idols (3 P’s) instead of worshipping my one Lord? Or am I like Joseph willing to risk all my life’s work to worship the King of Kings.

Last Wed, Kenny Pope shared his re:generation testimony. He completed the Steps during leader training and now leading a Steps group. He shared how working the steps of re:generation fostered a deeper intimacy with Jesus Christ.
