Did you know for Sunday’s Arsenal game alone the club identified 35,000 bots as well as a significant number of accounts set up both this season and previously specifically to try to buy tickets in the home areas for the match.

We’re asking Palace fans to report away fans in home seats on Sunday to help the club identify and deal with them.  All you have to do is send a text to the club’s match day text line which is 07507 477669 to let them know, with as many details of the stand, block and seat numbers as possible, and they will do the rest.  There are additional police and stewards at the match to help with this and any other issues as they arise.

We know that the one off ticket sharing changes for this match have upset some genuine supporters who have been unable to share tickets with friends and family and we will continue to work with the club re this and other ticketing issues going forward.

If we get all behind the club re this on Sunday, and at other home matches, more tickets will ultimately be available for true Palace fans.

Enhanced security measures will be in operation throughout the stadium tomorrow. This will be a challenging game for the stewards to manage, but the club has worked extremely hard to ensure the team receives a fitting send-off ahead of Leipzig.

Please be patient, cooperate with staff, and help make it an enjoyable day for everyone.
