We had a great start to our season with three top 5 places at Purdue today. Braiden Jarboe posted a new PR of 8.35 55 hurdles placing 4th. Taylor Hornbeck finished in 2nd with a new PR 10 feet 6 inches in pole vault. Hayden Kemple finished in 2nd in the 3200 with a PR 9:24! A time that broke the previous meet record by 2 seconds. Congratulations to the three of them!

Two individuals moving on to regional, next week, for Clinton Prairie! Cayden Davis is moving on, after having a jump of 5’8” to earn a third place finish in high jump. Hayden will continue on in the 3200 meter as sectional champion, with a time of 9:36.
After a great season lady gophers finished 11th in sectional 12 points as the boys finish in 5th place with 40 points. It was a great way to cap off an amazing season!
After a tough night at our Hoosier Heartland Conference meet, our girls pushed themselves to earn a hard fought 3rd place finish. While our boys team is 2023 HHC champions! Well done everyone.

After leading the race for the first 1200 meters Hayden ran a great race and finished with an amazing time of 4:31.44. Now putting him just 7 seconds off the school record.
Yesterday, sophomore Taylor Hornbeck had an amazing day competing in pole vault at the Hoosier state relays indoor meet. She finished in 13th place with a jump of 8 feet 6 inches.
This weekend at Hoosier indoor state relays in Bloomington, Clinton Prairie’s own Hayden Kemple, finished in 3rd place in the 3200 race with a time of 9:38. Which currently stands as the second fastest finishing time for an individual in Clinton County history.
