https://t.co/qWE6rkcqtN My little part-time hobby project continues to develop. Jet Set Willy - Scrolling Edition now has the mobile version J2ME tileset available as an option. A quick wander up to The Watchtower via The Banyan Tree.
What do you get if you cross an Immortal Joystick with a zombie?
@Immortaljoystix teamed up with @tonywarriner & @StooCambridge to find out!
Designed specifically to accompany their new game UrbX Warriors, which you can back on Kickstarter right now!

@michealrossiter@loafjaw@stevewetherill It did get finished, but I never uploaded it. The licensing around JSW is just too confusing and contentious. But you can watch a full completion of the game here: https://t.co/PQCHr7Dd3W
Been working on a scrolling Jet Set Willy remake. Progress is slow due to limited time, but I thought I'd post a quick vid. Thanks to @loafjaw for the hints as to how the ropes work. @stevewetherill might be interested - I'll probably rework his CPC music for this (if that's ok?)
@BlueCastleMicha Thanks for asking! I've had a lot going on personally in the last few years so haven't felt it was the right time to put it out. You can watch a full walkthrough here if you want to see it all: https://t.co/PQCHr7Dd3W
Go check out Jet Set Steamboat Willie for ZX Spectrum from the amazing Sloanysoft. Check out their other games too. Really good fun Jet Set Willy like games. https://t.co/DcB0QU2qJ7
@JohnBlackburn75 Yes. You need to be able to read the enemies in a number of locations. The early run to Nightmare room is done deliberately so that I know the cycle - they DO always start in the same place. So you could plan out strats based on the clock time.
Jet Set Willy is 40. I never got to release it how I wanted, and there's too much going on in my life right now to do so. But if anyone would like to watch a full playthrough of Jet Set Willy - Scrolling Edition, they can do so here: https://t.co/PQCHr7Dd3W
@JohnBlackburn75 Correct. I removed the Chapel conveyor simply because I never liked it. :-) I had to move rooms around / add rooms to make the map work - the original map doesn't line up with itself. Arrows I probably could add, but there's no 'edge' of the screen to fire them from.
