The Global Goal on Adaptation agenda is stuck as SB64 on its final stretch. It is unfathomable that developed countries are finding it difficult to allow for recalling the language on tripling of adaptation finance by 2035 even though this is clear in COP30 decision @PACJA1

• Africa is rich in minerals but poor in value capture positioning matters rather than geology
• We must move beyond extraction to processing & manufacturing
• Beneficiation = power, skills, trade, policy & market access
• No energy = no processing; no logistics = no manufacturing
• Regional cooperation is critical
• Africa must not power the global transition and remain powerless
