@nicknactax That’s what I’m trying to do, have no ill will with anybody involved.
I dislike that you doxxed me but I’m sure you’re honestly a good dude and I respect you standing by your friend. You just don’t have all the facts.
Have a nice night
@nicknactax chiming in from here so hopefully you can see this.
The fake number simply was not me. I blocked her number over a month ago and until last week when this all went down had not reached out once.
I’ve moved on, idk why you’re going after my friends. Please stop.
@nicknactax I actually really appreciate the response.
All I can say is quite simply it wasn’t me. If any court investigates that they’d find that truth. I had no idea you existed until last week. Sorry you got dragged into this but I plead not guilty.
Take care

Restaurant owner: “why do the customers hate the food?”
Chef: “because you used to pay for good ingredients”
Restaurant owner: “you’re fired”

@nicknactax Crazy. You’d never dox somebody and then block them right?
You’d face accountability for your actions? credit to you being such a stand up guy
@nicknactax@anonymishhh I got people texting me my apartment because you sent a known psychopath my name and picture to white knight for a girl who is 100% lying about what she told you. That fake #? Not me bro.
You know zero of the context and now crazies on the internet know where I live. Get a life.
@DanLifshatz A lot of the criticism I’ve seen that seems valid is that these billionaires will sell their homes and the real estate market will plummet. Which obviously has real effects on the whole economy and would affect me in other ways. I haven’t seen this take a lot just asking
@DanLifshatz How? This isn’t taxing landlords or rental units?
I’m honestly asking. If you know more about this please educate me I’d rather be informed about it.
@DanLifshatz Alright I was just asking a question as part of the discussion there’s no need to yell.
Fair point, do you mind explaining how you think that’ll affect me/ other average New Yorkers?
@DanLifshatz It’s only a tax on luxury second homes in NYC*
If you live here full time that tax doesn’t apply to you.
I’m confused on you last question. This tax will generate money for the city, what is there to make up?
@DanLifshatz The tax is on residential units over 5 million dollars. It’s an extra tax for billionaires who own vacation homes in the city but don’t actually live in it.
I understand what you’re saying but don’t see how it applies to this pied a terre tax?
