75 years ago today history was made.

The #NationalParks & Access to the Countryside Act came into force - visionary legislation enshrining everyone’s ability to access nature in law📜

Today we celebrate their past & fight for their future 💚

North-South Wales Pylon Line. Currently the transmission system exists only in north and south Wales. There have been ideas to connect the two since at least 2009 but CPRW understands plans are now underway to make the connection happen ➡️https://t.co/QaXXWJufFB #ProtectWales

[CPRW @CPRW_UK]

CPRW understands the North-South Wales connection is to go ahead with overhead transmission lines on pylons.Concerns over the impact pylons will have on the landscape. Strongly recommend the use of subsea cables or undergrounding.
