@SimpleReason1 @bradbatt <3k obscenely wealthy Belle Meadians has a low impact on Davidson county’s lower overall poverty rate than Lake, Hancock, Pickett etc. Cost of living in these rural areas is still well above poverty line, and having to live below that line in rural TN isn’t “getting by on less”
