@michaelkoziol I was at Adelaide Airport last week which is very close to the centre of town and was surprised to see they had a whole area for bicycle parking.
How is it in this era of AI that we're all so afraid of, the likes of X isn't smart enough to work out that an account posting the same replies over and over again to hundreds of accounts is spam?
Just got refused by two taxi drivers at Sydney airport cos I wanted to go somewhere nearby. First guy even told me to order an Uber. I had to withdraw cash and offer to pay a third guy extra to take me. Is this normal? Or legal?
I'm fairly sure you could apply this to every local radio host across the country. We don't care about Sydney's talkback hosts here in Melbourne either.
At the NHL exhibition game at Rod Laver Arena. Can confirm no one booed the welcome to country. They did boo @masonsixtencox … not too many Collingwood/LA Kings crossover fans!
The Qantas Chairman’s Lounge seems to exist for a single purpose: influence. It shouldn’t be closed down, but it should have a (large) membership fee attached, like the other exclusive clubs around the country (eg Melbourne Club, Athenaeum Club) https://t.co/0pTXIWwCS7
I find it hard to believe a tram stop and pedestrian area is to blame for Acland St’s problems when the exact same thing is happening on Fitzroy St and Carlisle Street, where cars can drive through freely. https://t.co/wfY2V30Dcq
My point being that if your main cost of living struggle is that you can’t afford an international flight with Qantas, you’re not really facing a cost of living crisis.
Partner just reminded me why it’s better to travel without checked luggage. She’s finally leaving @Melair almost two hours after landing! My last two overseas trips with carry-on only I was out in 7 minutes.
