This man wanted no responsibility for his child when he was packed off to the foster system after the murder of his mother. He wanted no responsibility for his child when he was on the streets insane and drug addled for years, and no responsibility for the danger his son was to himself and others. Now, he wants Daniel Penny to give him a payout. Morally repugnant lowlife, beneath contempt.
UPDATE: The post below about the road that West Virginia coal miners came and cut between Bat Cave and Chimney Rock. Well it was sealed off by @FEMA by a metal gate and a sign. Some country boys tore that gate down and started using the road again for supplies.
Now FEMA is looking for $280,000 to seal it off again with a gate, cameras, and armed guards. Those guards are going to be seen as invaders and probably are going to have a very scary night. This is a bad idea FEMA, take the hint and F off before you start a fight you can’t decide when it ends. The road is safe, and there’s no good reason to block it.
This is nothing more than a Black Rock land grab. More information linked below.

Apparently, @X believes that a company who makes it possible for citizens to access their right to self defense is participating in "deceptive and illegal activity".
@elonmusk - you seem like a good guy but you have absolutely no idea what the Second Amendment is about.
It's the foundational basis of this country and it's one of the unique features that's kept us from turning into a second world shithole like most of Europe, Canada, and all of South America.
What's the problem?
You talk a big game about gun rights but your platform has bitch-made rules, it's barely better than it was pre-purchase.
Free speech doesn't exist without the ability for citizens to personally acquire whatever weaponry they feel is necessary to defend their right to speak.
X doesn't exist without men with guns willing to protect the hardware, software, and key employees.
You don't exist without people like us.
Get your shit together man.
In Singapore, if you spit in public you get fined 1000 dollars
In America, if you burn down a Target the CEO will publish an open letter validating your big feelings and supporting your cause
Guess which country has nicer things
Ursula Haverbeck died today at 96 years old
She spent the last years of her life in prison
Her crime was saying the holocaust didn't happen the way Hollywood says it did
She was alive when it happened yet the people who locked her up weren't yet born
This is what Jewish Supremacy looks like
The hour is late for the classic "conservative" tactic of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. There's too much at stake now. I am more skeptical of the military than most people, after all, the 'woke' era resulted in the end of my career. But even I understand the nuance of the situation being, to use a military term, Overcome By Events (OBE). Simply put, that the tactical situation has developed to the point where higher-level concerns don't really matter anymore, and other more pressing needs emerge.
When an invading military force lands on our shores, we do not stop to consider the optics. We do not care what other nations think. We handle the threat with honor and magnanimity...but also firmly and without yielding. People such as myself (and anyone else with a smartphone and internet connection) will provide the balance in oversight as needed by the American people. But now is not the time for squeamishness or hesitation.
On the contrary, the world needs to be shown that there is nothing this country won't do to secure the safety of our citizens. If a foreign or adversarial culture harms a single hair on the head of one American, we need to do things that historians 1000 years from now will speak about in hushed tones.
Using the military against one's own citizenry is rarely justified. But using one's military among a citizenry, to protect that citizenry, is a very sharp distinction that all elected officials and military leadership should understand. In my opinion, the potential for a military police state to emerge in a tyrannical manner is outweighed by the sheer desperation of the need to halt the emergency that is the immigration crisis.
And I, for one, am growing weary of listening to "conservatives" call for a calm and reasoned debate when Americans are dying in our homeland every single day...but those same politicians go gloves-off, scorched-earth the minute an Israeli or Ukrainian citizen is harmed. I personally would really appreciate it if my own government would value me and my countrymen in the same way. If people in positions of power (not just politicians, but other forms of authority as well) cannot do this, I would personally really appreciate them understanding this perspective, at least.
The funny thing is, we're only talking about deportations. We do not have to stand in the gap at Thermopylae, nor do we have to cross the Delaware in winter. We don't even have to engage in extreme acts of violence...all we're talking here is free bus/plan tickets to their homeland. No super-spooky-1980's-spy-novel-John Clark/Jack Ryan-sin-eater-personalities will be required, we just need a whole lot of bus drivers. Surely it won't be easy as some won't want to go, which is understandable. But in the grand scheme of things this would be one of the lowest-intensity military operations ever. And, a great chance for the military to improve civil relations, and win back some of that dignity and respect that was lost among the citizenry over the past few years. What more wholesome potential could there be, protecting and serving their homeland? After all of the tyranny that the military has committed on US soil over the past four years, now we're suddenly concerned about a mission that might give them the potential to do the right thing when it comes to protecting national security for once?
If politicians can't even be bothered to understand the nuance of that idea, and start dragging their feet at the bare minimum, they do not have what it takes to keep our western civilization from collapsing. Republicans in Congress are always looking four years ahead to the next election and what the Democrats would do if they wielded the same power in four years, but in doing so they are ignoring the minor detail...we might not have that much time.
And in that case, I would personally appreciate it if they would get out of the way of the people trying to fix their mess. We have slipped so far from normalcy that Republicans and Democrats alike are treating a bus ticket like a visit from ol' Alejandro here, with the ultimate irony being that if they keep up this mentality, they might just end up creating the conditions for what they have been crying wolf about all this time.
A lame duck president just started a hot war with the world’s most dangerous country. All of us are very close to being killed. Yet somehow the Republican Speaker of the House hasn’t even mentioned it, in public or in leadership meetings. What is going on?
By authorizing long range missiles to strike inside Russia, Biden is committing an unconstitutional Act of War that endangers the lives of all U.S. citizens. This is an impeachable offense, but the reality is he’s an emasculated puppet of a deep state.
