We apologize for the delay to today’s T1 Signature Edition drawing updates and confusion caused by today’s order cancellations.

The team has been conducting a manual review of the cancelled orders to better understand the situation. We paused launching today’s drawing as the team worked through these issues.

Upon review, the team found a problem with the methodology for the pool of rejected orders from yesterday. We will be sending new selection emails to players who were found to be incorrectly affected by this morning’s cancellations.

Using T1 Signature Editions which were not purchased during the previous drawing window, we are going to be sending a wave of new selects to players. To be clear: these are from unclaimed T1 Signature Editions and those which today’s review confirmed to be bot accounts.

Both sets of drawing emails being sent today will have an extended order window open through Monday, Aug. 24, 9am PST.

We expect these to begin sending no later than 6pm PST. As we did yesterday, we will post when all emails for today have been sent out.

We hear and understand how frustrating today was for players, both those selected and still hopeful. We appreciate your patience as we continue to improve our systems and processes for drawings in the future.

The Riftbound and Player Security teams have been investigating the screenshots shared across social media. They've been reviewing the full pool of entries and accounts that were selected in today’s drawing. In doing so, they identified additional suspicious/bot accounts both among those selected, and the pool as a whole.

For the suspicious accounts that were selected, their orders will be voided and those T1 Signature Editions will be returned to the pool for another round of the drawing tomorrow.

They are also removing the suspicious accounts which were not selected for today from the drawing pool for tomorrow morning. While these steps will return some T1 Signature Editions to the pool, availability remains very limited.
