How about asking for $350,000,000,000 for "things like" programs Trump had cancelled or reduced funding like CDC and National Cancer Institute, Medicaid, ASID, SNAP, Clean Energy, VASP (Vet foreclosure program), FEMA, Headstart, Americorp, DOJ public safety grants, $700 million grants for Natl Institute of Health, and the list goes on.

Journalist Jim Acosta has a televised segment where he takes the cognitive test that Trump brags about with a medical doctor. I took it with him. If you're not in any decline, it's really easy.
