Assam: Scooters to only those students who secure more than 80%.

Two main thoughts,
👉🏼 Sudden change of eligibility right before distribution of scooters is wrong;

👉🏼 Eligibility Percentage should be uniform for boys & girls unlike this time;

Coaching students & those who pursue their higher education outside the state will not receive scooters anymore. Govt adamant with their decision.

@himantabiswa Idk sir but many who are taking coachings in online are through online which cost 4k to 6k hardly because they couldn't afford the high fees some institution bestows,, how can such students own a scooter Or such kind of medium,I just request you to do justice @himantabiswa
