@Mondscheingruen@RekietaLaw@LunchLady1997 ARCCA’s original client in this case was the DOJ/FBI not KR. They didn’t even know who she was or any circumstances surrounding 1/29/22. Yet they exonerated KR with those experiments, reports, the laws of physics and biomechanics.
@TXHCREP@AMilitantAgnost@CollinRugg Could you kindly point out where in the Bible or any Christian historical text, Jesus or anyone mention dinosaurs? The mere fact the unknown exists, should only strengthen your faith, not condemn it.
@Pwhitzl15@TheChauffeurX I’m not being condescending with my reply. Draw your own conclusion. She never said she lied, nor did I. She stated, as do I, her *willingness* to lie under oath. If she is *willing* to lie under oath for someone else. It does imply her *willingness* to lie for herself.
@bltmediaytc So let’s see if I got this straight- the CW used LG2 against TB in an attempt to defame him when he exposed them, and KR used MO in an attempt to defame him as cover for distancing post trial?
@WMurphyLaw@NBC10Boston Windy, prosecutors have an ethical obligations rooted in justice, not just winning cases, MROPC (rule 3.8) The NCDA and yourself have one thing in common, the desire to be right no matter how wrong you are. That pigheadedness has garnered the proper scrutiny you both deserve.
@boston25@TheYoungJurks The attachment in your own report clearly says Proctor “created an image that he was biased” and “brought otherwise himself and the Massachusetts State Police into disrepute”
Report the whole truth not just he was fired for inappropriate text messages.
