The biggest security gap with my @Activision account being compromised is each email from @Activision (Unlink, Password Change, Email Change) was informational only. The attacker made each change without me seeing a single "are you sure" validation-type email one would expect.

@dalegre Are you aware of the amount of outstanding account compromises and the wait times that these dedicated players are experiencing to get through the account recovery process? The 10 business day auto-generated email is already unacceptable, but months in many cases?
