@British_Airways @jasminus_flower Woke up to an email saying this flight is further delayed until 3pm on the 5th. No information given at the gate. No one from BA in the airport? South Europe ground team ran out of hotels so just told to try and find one! No voucher for taxi/hotel/food or drink. Poor Show BA!
