@CamGuthrie Maybe your council and the city staff shouldn't have changed the entire system behind the backs of developers and business owners without their input during times of economical uncertainty ( covid) many owners still don't have a clue their zoning was changed beneath them .

@CamGuthrie Why do we have lower DC revenue coming in? Ask anyone who has tried to develop and the answer is consistent.Unfortunate that the gatekeepers dont care about business growth or creating space for future businesses and jobs in our city. So frustrating. Just keep upping taxes?

@CamGuthrie Employable building in the ward was in the works.. now it will sit empty for many years to come. The issue isn't the landlords Cam. It's the process and the ones running the ship from the top . You can't afford to develop or do anything here unless you are a big player.
