@PurolatorHelp So, 5 days after a failure to deliver, PurolatorHelps just said someone will "look into it" and get back to me in 24 BUSINESS HOURS (3 days?)! No urgency. Purolator feels a delay of 5-6 days in delivery acceptable. I need the package for work.

Hey @PurolatorHelp. Last Wednesday your delivery driver did not even attempt to deliver my package. Left a notice but did not bother to know or ring my doorbell! How do I know? I was SITTING 3 metres from my front door. Now 5 days later no one has even attempted to remedy this.

@PurolatorHelp DM sent. I spoke to 4 different customer reps, including a manager last week. The manager told me nothing had been done because they are "really busy". Yet my package sits in your hands, unactioned, untouched....5 days after I requested a redelivery. Staggering.

@purolator. I immediately asked for a re-delivery and have confirmation numbers. I have spoken to 4 different representatives, including a supervisor. Yet, my package sits untouched and unassigned FIVE DAYS LATER. Staggeringly incompetent service.
