@UPS I’ve been attempting to speak to your customer service for 2 days now to cancel a fraudulent My Choice Membership with no luck. Finally get someone on the phone and they ask to put me on hold for 2 mins. It’s now been 20mins. Please DM me.
Disappointing customer service experience with @SuncastCorp. No assistance with a product issue that was discontinued and no incentive to buy something new.
@AiperOfficial Does the X1 Pro model actually exist? I see mentions of 3 different X1 models on your website however there are only options to buy/preorder the X1 and X1 Pro Max.
@westelm Very disappointed with your return policy. You deliver me an item with numerous imperfections that took 2hrs to put together and expect me to disassemble it and repack it into the 3 boxes for UPS. Unfortunately that is not possible and the 10% merch credit is poor.

Hey @IconParkingNYC , curious what you believe a reasonable turnaround time should be for claims because waiting months doesn’t make sense along with a 10 day wait for an email response. Your customer service offering is quite poor and I need all my cosmetic damage fixed ASAP.

First @AmericanAir cancels my flight. Rebooked on @Delta only to be delayed 4 times and finally cancelled. But they gladly rebooked me on a flight with 2 layovers. Awful. No credits, just the pain of sitting on hold.

@yelpsupport Ah right. Providing context about a company being irresponsible for a specific reason is not first hand. Makes perfect sense. Reviews are about a business in general, not just interaction.
Hey @jontaffer , another reason why @Yelp is an awful company. They took down my review about a liquor store that sells to my alcoholic father because it’s against their “guidelines”. Company is such trash and holds nobody accountable.
