This ain't slowing down... tokenization supercycle!
EUR is going up lately, what $jEUR holders are doing with it on #base?
Some deposit them in a a Euro stablepool, currently paying 20% APR...
Others are looping their PT to grab a 12% APR...
And some are simply lending them for 9% APR...

The Coldcard exploit is very scary.
If you have a large portfolio, my advice is:
• Split your funds across two hardware wallets (a Ledger and a Trezor)
• Add a strong passphrase (25th word)
A passphrase could save you if an exploit like Coldcard happens to Ledger/Trezor.
The cheapest way is to borrow Euro on-chain?
Yes.
On Base, powered by Morpho, you can borrow jEUR, which is redeemable for EURC at a 1:1 ratio.

I'm diluting myself by sharing this, but Tenor's incentive program is underrated.
• $4k-$8k in weekly $MORPHO rewards
• up to 38% APY for USDC lenders
• Tenor has been audited 7 times in total and is built on top of Morpho Midnight
There are two ways to earn rewards on Tenor:
• Place USDC lending limit orders at a fixed lending rate against blue-chip collateral like WETH and cbBTC
Tenor is a money market built for borrowing at fixed rates on-chain (on top of Morpho Midnight).
The APR for having a lending limit order active on it is between ~17.8% and ~19.1% in MORPHO token rewards.
But what's also interesting is that while you wait for your limit order to get filled, you can choose to lend your capital to Morpho Blue for a variable rate.
This will earn you an extra 3-4% APY.
In total, you get 20-23% APY by placing a USDC lending order that doesn't get filled.
• Lend your USDC at a fixed lending rate that gets matched with a borrowing offer
The APR for having a matched lending order is 2 times higher: between 35.7% APR and 38.2% APR
And you lend against the same tier-1 collateral: cbBTC or WETH
The tricky part about this is that as other people are also trying to farm Tenor's MORPHO lending rewards, there are often no borrowing offers available that you can fill with the USDC you lend.
But if you place a lending limit order at a very low lending rate, you may get lucky and your lending order may be matched.
If that happens, you'll get the 35%+ APR in MORPHO rewards I mentioned above.
That said, this APR is not fixed.
Tenor is distributing between 2k and 4k MORPHO token rewards (each MORPHO token is worth $1.97 atm) per week.
As more people start using it, the yields will obviously go down.
However, given that Tenor has already been live for a week and the rewards are still so high, I consider farming it a pretty good opportunity.
🔥 Euro carry trade ?

Crypto has hit a local maxima, like the internet did in 1998. How you monetize currently in crypto is to clip trading volume. The users doing volume are traders. so everything ships for traders, perps, options, CEXes, dexes, launchpads, etc...
Build for traders and you get instant traction. build for anyone else and you get crickets, so the traction data says traders are the only market, and the capital follows the traction data.
in 1998 every serious internet company was a portal. Yahoo, Excite, Lycos, AOL, Infoseek. the metric was traffic. Everything was built to keep the user on the page, because the user on the page was the business.
Search was actively deprioritized. A good search engine sends the user away, which is negative stickiness, which made search a bad product. In 1999 Excite passed on buying Google for under a million dollars. In 2000 Yahoo hired Google to power its own search results, because search was a cost center you outsourced.
We are in the portal era of crypto.
The Google of crypto will not show immediate traction. Google didn't. It sent users away, made no money, and looked like a toy to every smart person grading it on 1998's metric.
If you want immediate traction, the market has plenty for you. Go find the next pump fun. The next Aster. The next shiny thing traders rotate into for three weeks.
The next big thing requires conviction about what crypto is for, not what does volume in the next 30 days.
We have been quite for a few months, because we have been working on a lot of things:
- a way out for the jEUR bad debt on polygon
- a crypto card
- a new infrastructure for the collateral
- a USD stablecoin
- Euro-denominated strategies

Imagine you have some gold onchain sitting idle.
Maybe XAUT, or PAXG.
Right now you can hold it, sure. But that's pretty much it.
What if instead you could earn on top of it, without being a DeFi quant?
Deposit into one of our upcoming vaults. One click and you're set.
Everything else happens in the background.
(XAUT/PAXG → borrow ETH → acquire pETH → mint pGOLD → deposit into the Stability Pool → earn yield + negative borrow rate)
All of this is abstracted away, while your exposure to gold remains the same.
Except now it’s generating yield for you.
