The Supreme Court has repeatedly underscored the constitutional protections of these rights, yet California persists in what can be seen as a tactical game, introducing laws that push the boundaries until struck down by higher courts.

This approach not only burdens law-abiding gun owners but also engages the judicial system in a continuous cycle of legal challenges. It's time for a fundamental change in how states like California handle gun legislation. States that infringe upon the Constitution should face consequences for these actions. Leaders, including Governor Gavin Newsom, must be held accountable for laws that disregard clear Supreme Court rulings, especially concerning the legality and protection of CCW.

The addition of a state-specific tax on firearms and ammunition, making California the sole state in the U.S. to implement such a policy, raises significant concerns. It singles out responsible gun owners, placing an undue financial burden on them. This isn't just a state issue; it's a matter of constitutional rights.

We are going to win electoral votes, combined with other third parties and Independents, we are going to deny both Trump and Biden 270 electoral votes needed to win. If no candidate receives 270 electoral votes, the House of Representatives will pick the president. Each state delegation gets one vote, regardless of the number of congressional districts it has. 26 votes, representing a majority of the states, are required to win. We can make history on election night showing what a farce the entire election system has become. it is also the only path to winning the presidency for a third party or Independent candidate.
