Today we found out the govt had stopped them...AND we discoverdd that Comerica manually entered $200 million in PPP but we were told only online was available

Other banks are processing the SBA PPP loan applications while Comerica has simply asked its customers to be patient. If Comerica doesn’t have the proper technology then ask for help.
