@FlixBus Recently I travelled from Bangalore to Hyderabad India on 29 april 26. My bus is late by 5 hrs and no proper communication or anything is provided. Totally pathetic service. Booking no- 3344793187. Entitled for full refund as per flixbus policy.
@IndiGo6E Already filled the details, case id 30471608, still didn't got car compensation as mandated by dgca. only got the gesture of care voucher which clearly mentioned if i accept it, not applicable for any other compensation. so stop fooling, giving generic response and generic answer
@IndiGo6E Where is the dedicated webpage for this so-called gesture of care? Are you misleading the public just to show in the media that you are offering a ₹10,000 voucher? There seems to be no reality behind this announcement.
@IndiGo6E No link for compensation yet on website nor have I received any call from Indigo regarding the same. Also no update on monetary compensation of 5k - 10k as per DGCA guidelines.
@IndiGo6E Hi can you update about this pnr O4V6JP, my flight is cancelled and you announced full refund but I didn't received any refund and customer care is like they are not available of any of this type of compensation.
@SwiggyCares DOnt want any refund, anyways uninstalled it. Too much of hustle bustle just for small issue which can be fixed in seconds, but you guys choose not to.
@SwiggyInstamart@amitesh@harshamjty Had a very bad experience in swiggy Instamart, First they are sending incorrect items, previously sended expired or bad quality food, and on asking for replacement, simply tell that this is our policy. Will never going to use Swiggy again.
