7/8 but cant give gaurantee. if not delivered today, they will TRY to deliver within 1-2 days. 3.40 pm I get another call from customer service, on informing about no delivery yet, he requested me to give 1 more days time. I now cancelled order and requested refund. Thanks!

6/8 2.30pm I get a call from another customer service agent asking if I got the product, on answering no, she told me to wait till 5pm. i asked what about the promise of 3pm. She said I dont know about that. After the call she sent me a mail saying they will try to deliver by 5pm

5/8 team facing they had no answer. App gets a status update that Customer requested change in delivery schedule.. Really?!! Fine I waited till 13thNov 2pm. Received no sms or product. Called customer service to hear that I should wait till 3.30 and they will call me back.

4/8 12Nov i call customer service and they tell me there is some issue with the courier team hence I have not received by product so far. I was promised a delivery by 13Nov 3pm and a sms on 13Nov Morning with new Delivery agent's number. When I asked what issue is your courier

3/8 your product tomorrow i.e.12th Nov. I requested them to have delivery agent call my mobile as I am available 24x7 at home. At 10.25pm 11th Nov, app gets another Delivery attempted status and the message that the product will be returned after 3 delivery attempts.

2/8. another agent has it and will deliver by 6pm, no contact available for new agent. At 6.02pm, it was marked as Delivery attempted in the app whereas I neither received a call or the product. On calling customer service, they said since its past 6pm, we will try to deliver
