@AskPS_UK My son bought Overwatch for 50 GPB (money he saved up from christmas/pocket money). But after downloading it just keeps prompting him to sign up PSN. He just wants to play it solo without PSN (he can't afford it). If that's not possible, can you please give us a refund?

@AskPS_UK It might say that on the store page when viewed in a browser, but when viewed from inside the Playstation Store app it literally says nothing about PS Plus. Your cancellation policy is irrelevant as our UK statutory rights say that we are entitled to a refund in this case.

@AskPS_UK It just takes him straight to the PSN signup page. Not other message what so ever. Happens literally everytime you try to start the game and there is no way to get off that page without closing the application.

If you are using windows and are at all tech savvy you can try running "ipconfig /flushdns" at the command line. Should bring the site back.
