My main takeaway is why did they decide to go with this super high register?! 😂
Adrienne was about to take it home at the end if she kept the register she had for “and the home of the–” all the way through.
what is this and why have i never seen this?? idk why kiely holding her stomach like she actually doing something. it must’ve been a tummy ache…i know raven was at home cackling.
were the girls even gonna help adrienne out??? 😭😭😭
A lot of folks hopped on the train at Jaguar and I get it. It’s an award winning album but she did a lot before that as well. Music and Dance wise. Now, I feel she’s just developing herself as a particular artist. Which is what most legends do on their sophomore project.
And this right here showcases the importance of being true to your art and letting it cater to multiple audiences! “FAIRYTALE” admittedly isn’t in my top favorites of the album, but for her South African audience it’s proving to be a breakout hit!
why on this app do we over criticize, over scrutinize, hate, terrorize, diminish, micro manage, hyper stress , and speak so harsh about black women artist so much? for the life of me i can’t understand. even if you didn’t have a mother growing up, you know the term “if you don’t have anything nice to say…..” can someone explain below?
We don’t want women to experiment. Especially Black women. We want them to be the image we have in our mind. When they fail to deliver on the expectations we’ve imagined of them, they are a flop and don’t deserve our attention.
@Creat1ve I also hate how quickly the critiques roll in. Albums don't even be out for 24 hours before people write it off as a flop or not good. Sometimes music grows and moves with us over time.
