We've worked hard in 2024 to update our #NetZeroCarbon plan. We propose to reduce our already low footprint by 50% by 2030 and 90% by 2040. Any remaining carbon will be offset at that stage using carbon offsetting scheme.

We've recently been appointed to remediate a 6-floor apartment building in Liverpool affected by the combustible cladding issues. We visited the site this week to conduct a site investigation using our survey drone and other equipment to map and examine the building.

We're excited to announce that we've gained planning consent for 18-22 Crown Lane, Morden, a 7-storey hotel with @Capitalhomesuk.
The consent is a great success.
We're working on other projects in the area, hoping to play a further role in the town centre #Regeneration.

Planning permission granted for the demolition of existing industrial units and the erection of 25 new commercial buildings (Use Class E) in 4 separate blocks, with sustainable features and flexible modules thus allowing single to multiple occupancy.
