How to create a digital product people will buy.
1. List out what you are the best at doing and circle the number one thing on your list.
2. Search online for people who sell products that relate to the skill you circled in step one.
3. List out the common elements you discovered from the top 10 products you found. Things like price, benefits, and any elements they share in common.
4. Find the top reviews for those products you were studying and list out the things you noticed people care the most about.
5. List out 3 to 5 things that you can improve or provide better than the products you found.
6. Lay out 6 to 9 steps that you would teach someone to solve the problem that they want to solve.
7. For each of the steps you just layed out in the above step list 3 main points you would cover in each step.
8. Pick a date and time 2 weeks out where you can do your live launch!
9. Create a 2 page funnel that will act as your waiting list to build anticipation for your product launch.
10. List out all of the pains, desires, and reasons why solving or not solving this problem is important.
11. For the next 2 weeks publish content as much as you can driving people to your waiting list. The reason they want on the list is to get early access, special live bonuses, and founding member pricing.
12. Create 2 prices. The price it will always be (99$-499$) the other price will be 20%-50% less for the members who join during your launch.
13. Spend time everyday promoting your launch on social media, your growing waitlist, and in communities where your customer is active.
14. Create a Skool community and get the first few steps of your program complete and remember this is version 1 so it will be lean, mean, and scrappy.
15. A day before your launch email your waitlist and allow them to have early access to your product and add lots of urgency.
16. After your launch change the price to the original price and continue growing your list using a lead magnetic and occasional promotions so you can create energy and urgency to join.
I know there lots of steps here but they aren’t difficult steps.
