[Jillian Turecki @JillianTurecki]

A healthy relationship is going to challenge you.

But not in the same way you’ve been challenged by unhealthy relationships.

Instead of the exhaustion from sleepless nights, anxiety ridden mornings, and not feeling good enough, you’ll be challenged to be vulnerable.

You’ll be challenged to not sabotage the relationship.

You’ll be challenged to regulate your emotions and to show up - even when you’re not in the mood.

You’ll be challenged to be a more mature, self-aware person.

We just had a 2 1/2 hour conversation with @createwithro about connection and the different ways to foster deeper conscious connections we have been experiencing/experimenting with! Cound not agree more with Matt - connection is everything & everything is connected!!! ♾🙌💗☯️😻

my quest to acquire euros ended up being my last run in england!

my body is so happy that i started to run again at the beginning of april. have you moved your body today? 🏃✌️✨

[RO. ♡ @createwithro]

@AvaSol144 so precious!!! 🥹🥹🥹

[RO. ♡ @createwithro]

thank you body for showing me the way 🌱

[RO. ♡ @createwithro]

@kotalovess @JRArtSpace_NFT i literally went WOAHHHH 🤣

[RO. ♡ @createwithro]

i used to feel like my needs didn’t matter growing up, so i wouldn’t say anything.

asking what they needed and expressing what i felt like i needed was incredibly expansive

honoring my humanness through sharing my “needs” has been a huge step of acceptance & growth lately 🫶✨

[RO. ♡ @createwithro]

it’s so refreshing to connect with people who are in tune with their body and actually express what they feel.

practicing presence, openly communicating, and being intentional with other conscious souls as i travel around has been incredibly healing 🧚✨

[RO. ♡ @createwithro]

like the other day someone i met for the first time asked if there’s anything i need before we got together in person and i’m like “more communication and relationships like this pls ty!!” 🌞
