Have you ever tried walking through a pitch-dark room thinking you know where everything is, only to crash into a table or stub your toe? That’s how so many of us live life—confident we can navigate, only to find ourselves hurting and lost.

John 8:12 hit me like a floodlight: “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”

Darkness isn’t just the absence of light—it’s confusion, fear, shame, and hopelessness. We try to fix life by chasing success, relationships, approval, or even religion. But every one of those “lights” eventually burns out.

Jesus doesn’t just point to the way—He is the Way. He doesn’t just give light—He is the Light.

When I finally stopped trying to generate my own glow and just followed Him, everything changed. My direction was clear. My purpose came alive. My heart had peace.

If you feel lost today, it’s not because you’re weak—it’s because you’re unplugged from the Source.

Plug in. Follow Him. His light never fails.
