3. An independent & well-financed culture/creative fund with respected board members is something Georgia needs urgently; it'll be a major step towards developing Georgia's creative industries sector & supporting creative entrepreneurs who may one day become "creative unicorns".
2. The establishment of the fund enjoys an almost unanimous support from the entire spectrum of Georgia's creative sector as it separates - "at arm's length" - its decision-making process from the government (the ministry's) politicking and influence-peddling.
