your staff isn’t trained, they just make up excuses, and your tech is probably the worst I’ve seen oh any bank I’ve dealt with anywhere in the world.

Your technical teams keeps giving me guaranteed timelines when it will be resolved and that they will call me back. They never call back and days after their deadline I find out you still have no idea what’s wrong. No one who works for you seems to know what’s going on
