Lots of my CPTSD is from "mistakes".

@estrodite Also an event that is horrific and world-changing for a chronic abuse victim is just a tuesday for an abuser, and a great deal of effort is put into forcing the victim to rationalize and excuse it as "honest mistakes" & "I'm fallible" so that the abuse can continue unchallenged
