- Working memory (active context, 1hr expiry)
- Episodic memory (significant experiences)
- Semantic memory (permanent knowledge)
- Social memory (relationships + sentiment)
- Belief memory (confidence-scored opinions)

This loads before every LLM call. The agent knows who it is, what it believes, and who it trusts.
