A Landlord had an incentive going on where if you toured a prospective tenant through their building you got a $200 visa gift card. My group toured and was genuinely interested ... Landlord even followed up with me after the tour but never sent the gift card. Should I ask for it?

Never a dull moment in the life of a Tenant rep. I submitted an LOI on an industrial bay... the listing agent calls me and tells me he received another LOI from the SAME group through a different broker 2 hours after I submitted mine #retwit

I've seen a few private landlord's that own one off industrial bays add + 5% management fees to their operating costs recently. Is this just pure greed? They don't have a property manager managing their 5,000 square foot bay, it's all "managed" by the owner. #retwit
