@FlyFrontier could you guys please be more transparent, my flight got delayed for 3 hours then cancelled yesterday. moved my flight to today and the delays are happening again. just tell us the reason in-app like seriously 😭
@FlyFrontier, how can you mess this up this bad! Trying to unload 2 flights and load 2 flights at the same time. Also, what’s the deal with the wheelchair policy. How are there 40 people needing a wheelchair on every flight. And then they miraculously are healed after the flight.

@FlyFrontier you canceled my 7/10/26 1:09 flight from FLL to PHL at 5:15 am that morning with no explanation! There was no other @FlyFrontier flight for me to rebook that day leaving me with no choice but to rebook with @aairwaves at an additional cost of $400! Make this right!

Hey @FlyFrontier my disabled wife travelled from Phoenix to Denver yesterday and her checked bag was damaged. Your policy states that claims must be made within 4 hours or AT the claim area at the airport. She couldn’t view her bag immediately due to her disability. Help?????????
Flew Philly to DFW with the exact same personal item & no issues. On the way back, @FrontierCare charged me $99. When I asked why, the rude agents literally told me "Philly agents didn’t do their job properly." Then they refused Apple Pay, leaving me stranded without a card.
